Candlelight Ceremony & Procession

For over 45 years, the Disneyland® Candlelight Ceremony & Procession has spread holiday cheer to everyone who believes in holiday magic. The festive event features a 600-member choir, the magnificent Disneyland® Orchestra, and a guest celebrity narrator who tells the story of "The First Christmas."

The ceremony began back in 1958 when Walt Disney personally developed the spectacle to express his appreciation for his partners in the local community. The Candlelight event has been narrated by some of Hollywood's most notable stars — including John Wayne, Cary Grant, James Earl Jones and Marie Osmond. This year, Emmy® award-winning actress and artist Jane Seymour narrates the cherished story of the nativity.

Dates: December 2, 2007
Times: 5:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
